Benefit Loves is a loyalty smartphone app that rewards customers with a joyful experience and meaningful rewards. Responsible for defining the end-to-end app experience, we architected an app that enables Benefit fans to accumulate points (hearts) based on behaviours and redeem them against desirable Benefit experiences and product discounts.
