Improving Clarins retail CX with an app for Beauty Advisors

Clarins Connect is an iPad application that helps Clarins Beauty Advisers interact with customers in retail stores more effectively. The solution has replaced Clarins' paper-based process for recording customer conversation data within stores and improved the face-to-face customer consultation process. The UX minimises the user’s screen-time, allowing Beauty Advisors to focus on providing a tailored customer experience.

Clarins Connect has transformed the in-store retail experience for Customers, Beauty Advisors and Clarins and delivered significant customer sign-ups and product sales over a 5 year period.
