Managed the design, development and launch of a B2B web service enabling bar and restaurant owners to design and order bespoke physical printed menus end-to-end. Launched in GB and 4 LATAM markets. Identified the opportunity to use the web product dataset to proactively pitch an interactive voice service using a functioning POC and received funding (6 figures) to develop it.
